They do come empty, they can be filled with your favorite epoxy, glitter and mini trinkets. The possibilities are endless! Lid and Straw will not snap into place and must be sealed for permanent closure.
Mini Cup has a hole at the bottom giving you access to fill your cup with liquid which can then be sealed with your favorite sealer.
